I keep seeing this but here's the flaw in that logic, didn't he already challenge for the world title while stay having the FTW title?

I mean I didn’t say he had to give it up to challenge. I’m just saying it’s a title that means nothing, and isn’t even officially sanctioned by AEW. The whole TNT thing was me saying he can move on to better things and not be held back by the ftw title because now his feuds don’t have to revolve around it. It’s easy to understand.

Hook gonna be next TNT Champ . Got great faith in him myself. He's proved himself time and again. He deliveries a different style of wrestling and makes him stand out more . Hooks not one of the ones doing the same style his style way different.

It wasn't official in ECW either but it still meant something there! So yeah, L TAKE.
