- R-Truth is still out of action from the gash he suffered at the WWE TLC pay-per-view back in December. WWE officials don’t even want him working out in the ring. There is a major concern over staph infection or something like that. The company is just being very careful with the situation.

Wrestlenewz. Hope nothing too much serious.

You should really add more of your opinion other than a line.

I think it's a good idea, if it's something as serious as an infection, then yeah, keep him away from anything too serious. Give it some time to heel and then bring him back. Hopefully when he returns, he gets a better push than what he was getting, I really enjoy his ring and mic work.

After seeing that pic when it happened it doesn't surprise me that WWE are playing it very very safe with him. I would be amazed if that knee wasn't infected because that was a large gash and it was a deep cut. No point risking him inside a ring where dozens of other guys wrestle as well until he is given the all clear.

I don't think it would be otherwise WWE would have announced it. They have announced Wellness Policy violations for much bigger names than R-Truth so I see no reason to hide this if it did happen.

That's true, now that you mention it. They'll embarass the Beandip Midget when he gets a wellness policy violation, even though he's a top star.

He was good when he was a crazy villain, and when he first started going on about Little Jimmy as his sworn enemy it was a riot. Oh how things changed quick when he turned face.

WWE do need a couple of comedy wrestlers on the roster to lighten things up and R-Truth does a good job playing this role along with Santino. At least he can back it up in the ring with actual wrestling and doesn't try to turn the matches into jokes as well. I think that he is a good midcarder for WWE to have on the roster especially as he can play heel well also.

It makes scene. Mickie James had a staff infection when she was in the WWE and hers was so bad there was fear of amputation at one point.
