After seeing how the texting whilst walking fine in New Jersey thread derailed due a strong dose of patriotism I thought that this could be a fun thread. It is a simple question and you need to defend your country against all the others. Explain why you love living in your country and why it is superior to the rest. Please don't let this descend into a thread full of trolling staff will hand out warnings and infractions to people that go too far and the offending posts will be removed. This is a light hearted thread on a wrestling forum so try not to take things too seriously.

I'm pretty sure English was brought to England by nomadic Germanic tribes... so really you did not make the language. Before that Latin or Celtic was spoken in England.

That was Old English and the vast majority of that is a lot different to now. Old English was brought by Anglo Saxons.
