Personally I don't hate the PG era nothing wrong with it.

The thing I currently don't like in the WWE is the lack of any decent rivalries or feuds below the top few wrestlers who you see every week. A few years back the mid-card could be just as entertaining as the main events and top matches due to the build ups and storylines where there was a point to the match not just some random crap thrown together for the sake of it to fill the slots and running time.

People loved the rebellion. Another thing is, WWE tried to be more entertaining back then, they did things such as spraying a ring full of people with milk, smashing vehicles, variety of matches, etc. Feuds and wrestlers were more entertaining. Hell, even feuds with the Mcmahons did the job.

I care about the kids but this is what in my opinion attracted people to the specific era.
