When I used to play (haven't played the newest one yet) I was always one of three... Zelda, Kirby, or Fox.

If I'd get it, I would probably play whoever considering I am a very casual player for Smash, haha. But I did enjoy Zero Suit Samus for her speed and ability to hit hard in Smash 4 and I also like Rosalina simply because I could smack Luma into people. But I'd probably try multiple people like the Inklings (Woomy Club 4 Life) as well as Kirby since he was another one which was "Old Reliable," but lastly...

I haven't played a Smash game since Melee but I mained Sheik hard in that game.

So it'd probably be Sheik again, or maybe Bayonetta. No clue if I'm getting this game though, more interested in picking up Soulcalibur 6 to scratch that fighting game itch. Used to play them like crazy but I kinda fell off.
