I'd love to see Henry champion going into Wrestlemania, but then I also wouldn't.

On one side he'd have a very long reign as champion, which would be fantastic to see. To put it in perspective compared to past World Heavyweight Champions, look for my post a little further up in this thread. On the other hand, although his matches have been good, this is Wrestlemania we're talking about. Henry isn't exactly the most mobile guy, and in saying that in no way am I saying he cannot work a match as he definitely can. For a world title match against Daniel Bryan, a guy who is much more mobile, Henry would really take the pace of that match down, taking the excitement with it.

If Bryan is to face somebody at Wrestlemania for the title, it'd have to be somebody much more mobile so a fast, exciting match could take place. Although Sin Cara would be a great option for that, do you really see the two of them being involved in a World Championship match in 4 months time? I definitely can't, which is why Sheamus or even Orton make the most sense.

It would be a slower match but a win by Bryan against Henry would be even more impressive. They can book it as the typical david and goliath battle with the crowd wondering how Bryan can beat someone Henrys size. I am sure that Bryan will be able to work his magic against Henry as well to create something special if they do indeed face off at WrestleMania.

I quite like the booking logic of the whole Daniel Bryan VS. Henry Mania idea, but I do think Henry is too limited to carry the title that long. It is not so much that big, power men are not meant to be long standing champions, if you look at someone like Van Vader in his prime he got amazing heat as the monster heel, and was so good in the ring, it is just Henry does not have what it takes to do that. I agree that WWE's booking of him has been excellent, and in some ways he has grown into the role, but I still don't think he is not over in the role, that is the problem.

I went with Shamus, there has been a huge turn around with him this year. He is a much better wrestler, as a face is over a lot more than as a heel, and because of the past feud with Henry I think he will be ready in the next couple of months to return and take the title.

Daniel Bryan should be the guy to take the title off Henry at mania after cashing in. Would be a huge upset as probably will expect him to be the first guy to cash in and lose. Also would be a great payoff having built Mark up this much to have him use it to put him over.

I am one of those that have a bad feeling that he will be the first to cash in and lose. It has to happen eventually and unfortunately I see them doing it with Bryan.

I'd settle for Wade Barrett or Christian, obviously in some kind of multi man match because of the heel/heel dynamic involved. Could not care less for ANYONE else on the brand winning the world title. If you want to bring Taker back and give him one last title reign, that's fine but he's not there right now, so there's no one else worthy of the belt.

Oh Dear Kingslayer, bad, bad suggestions! LOL

Barrett is no where near ready to be a world champion, and Christian needs to be rebuilt due to the mass they made of his world title reign during the summer. And Taker is another one like HHH, he may still have a part to play as a wrestler, but it should be limited and he does not need to be world champion again.

Yeah Troy I share your lack of confidence with WWE over Bryan and am starting to agree with the people who say WWE only gave him the MITB win to mess with the internet fans.

At this rate Taker is a wrestlemania then long layoff type wrestler so giving him a world title reign again would be pretty stupid. Taker is one of my all time favorites but I'm hoping he doesn't have anymore reigns with the title even if he did comeback regularly and not on a small part time basis.

Yeah I definitely don't see Taker winning the title again. He will come back for WM for the next couple of years and that will be about it. He will come back at Royal Rumble to set up the match for WM and he won't be near the title.
