^^^Lol, true! I don't hate the angle, nor do I like it. The fact of the matter is, this promo/s are TERRIBLE! Hemme saying "you're not going to believe what is on this tape!" is ridiculous! What were we expecting? The ninjas to come out and ass-rape Abyss? OFCOURSE HE GOT RUN OVER BY A CAR! Then, to see the footage like it was filmed in slow mo, topped off with a pathetic "hit" and "roll"? Urgh, stinks of TNA...

As for who I think it is. I'm saying either Wolfe or Styles. I think it could be either of those two. Surprised no one's said Styles. Why not re-ignite the Abyssamanic V Styles fued? :p

I think it's funny how the announcers keep acting like it's supposed to be obvious, but that footage doesn't prove anything! Even in this thread multiple people have been named. It was obviously Wolfe though, Hogan hit Wolfe with the chair at the end of the show, unless they do some sort of dumb mystery man angle.

I hope they don't do a mystery man angle. Remember the hooded guy in black that was attacking AJ? 2 things happened. Tomko was revealed and the follow-up was horrible.

I'd say its most definately Desmond Wolfe. Anyway, the whole segment made no fucking sense whatsoever, and its forgotten by TNA a long time ago, so, moving on.

Did anything seriously ever come of this? Or is this like every other TNA storyline where they just forget that it ever happened?

See, here's what I think TNA wanted us to believe: "Oh no, Abyss gets runned over, he surely must be hurt, will he ever be able to make it to match at Lockdown? Team Hogan has been pretty much owned up till now, so losing Abyss at that match surely means the final nail in the coffin!?" Well, we might have thought that, if it wasnt for the fact that on the same fucking night at the same fucking show, they announce that Abyss is fine and will make it to Lockdown. So I ask; what was the point? Nothing came out of it. Nothing was achieved. If anything, I guess this little incident is what made the finish for the Lethal Lockdown match, which was a disaster anyway, so good job TNA (again).

Actually, Team Flair had the upper hand on Team Hogan leading up to the ppv. Abyss was ran over, Hardy toke the fire ball, RVD had the beer can shots the the head and Sting had the upper hand on Double J. They were playing the under dog role. Flair's team looked unstoppable heading into the ppv.
