If he didn't do Blue spots he never would have gotten pushed. He has huge balls, but IMO minimal talent.

He's carried by his opponent in almost all of his matches,he overdoes spots which takes away from the matches, and, most of his promos are lackluster and generic. In my opinion he's quite talentless.

Eh, I think his wrestling skills are far above the others listed in this thread though. But I do agree in him being carried in most matches.

Jeff got over due to being fearless. Had he not done the big spots Matt would have had the better career.

That's a pretty huge claim to make. Even without the spots, I and many others I know much preferred Jeff. He had something about him. It's a pretty lacklustre claim to make there dude.

This. Jeff had way more Charisma. That was that something.

I actually think that put into a more traditional wrestling set up Jeff would have been nowhere near as over as he ended up becoming, nor have had the career he has had. People watched Jeff to see the spots, not to see him in a traditional wrestling match. Kids liked/like him for the face paint and colors. Remove that from him and the high spots and he would not be anywhere near where he is I think. His charisma is founded in his fearlessness.

You don't just get over by throwing yourself off things imo, you need to do it right, capture the right emotion etc. More psychology goes into it than most people believe. All this "he has no talent; Matt is more talented" stuff is nonsense imo. Even without the spots, he had more appeal than Matt ever did.

Charisma was found in his fearlessness? Lol'd.

The only thing Matt Hardy has on Jeff is that he gets hotter babes, and isn't a drug addict. Talent wise? It's a joke to even compare the two.

Disagree. Neither is super talented. Jeff is crazier, but Matt is more entertaining. Jeff is just a spot monkey. That's it. He gets beat up in his matches, then suddenly he is OK enough to do spots. Matt Hardy has had runs (as 1.0, and in ROH now) where he puts out more entertaining shit than Jeff does. Jeff is such a charisma vacuum and his promos are some of the WOAT.

I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say I enjoy both Matt and Jeff Hardy.
