WWE wouldn't have implemented their Wellness Policy, at least not as strictly. As for the product, Vickie Guerrero wouldn't be in the role she's in, likely wouldn't be a television character at all actually. Eddie would likely be working with younger talent to help establish them, or helping his daughter out. Of course, who's to say he wouldn't be retired and who's to say Shaul would've even gone into wrestling had her father not passed? It's a very layered question. As for Benoit, I feel like he'd be in TNA with Kurt Angle for some reason.
