^^^Yeah, but that's not the same thing....

"Dick"/"Dickhead" is more alluding to stupidity of the target's personality... Arsehole being an extension of similar only their personality being straight up repellent.

I guess you guys have got "Jerk-off", but that more alludes to the output or the action itself (LOL).... I dunno, I just think "Wanker" has a certain charm about it. (Sounds a lot better AND more offensive than "Jerk-er").
