So it looks like Orton suffered a serious injury at Over The Limit, early reports are saying its a shoulder problem that might require surgery. I guess this will bring an abrupt end to the Edge/Orton feud, if that happens, what do you do with Edge now? I think John Morrison is injured too, so you can't pair them up in a feud to help JoMo out.

My guess is Edge gets himself involved in the RAW 4 way at the 4 way PPV, then hopefully either Morrison or Triple H will be back afterwards to give him someone to feud with

Like I said, either someone gets their push to the moon as the new second babyface in the brand, or HHH returns early. Either way, whatever happens, that will be Edge's next feud, until he inevitably battles with Cena for the strap

i think you will see hhh return early and get involved in the wwe title match with edge shemus and cena then move onto a program with shemus. i could see maybe ted debiase moved up to fued with cena.

^Gotta agree there.

The way this is going now, they have to scrap this feud. The WWE has consistently had their top stars injured when a storyline reaches its beginning or breaking point and it's a shame. With the Sheamus/Cena storyline that's looking to take place, I'm not all too interested in it, though lately Sheamus has been putting on some quite good promos.

Either it really isn't a serious injury, or we just have wait for a new face to arise. Maybe it might have to be HHH when he returns, but I doubt the WWE could let time go to waste. Who knows, maybe they'll put Edge back in the title hunt, have him turn face again for the time being to go against Sheamus until HHH or Orton comes back. But quite frankly that whole flip floppy face/hell situation wouldn't work.

Right now, it depends on how severe the injury is. If its not that bad, you could work it into an angle and he eventually comes back to the feud.

I don't think regardless of the severity he'll be able to make it to the next PPV. Separated shoulders aren't always that bad, but I don't think we'd be looking at something as soon as a month return. The obvious choices would be to Cena/Edge/Sheamus/HHH at Fatal 4 Way. I'd like to see Edge pick up the title if Orton isn't expected out that long and have Orton chase him for the belt through the summer.
I don't really want to see this HHH/Sheamus thing go on for much longer because they're seriously risking destroying all the momentum Sheamus got from putting HHH out... which they kind of already have by having him just as fucking inactive as the guy the injured!!!

If Orton is seriously injured and misses a large amount of time, I would have to give the green light on HHH returning earlier than expected.

A few weeks ago Raw was stacked from the draft, but now just a few hits with Morrison might being injured, HHH having issues, Jericho's move to tag team division, Batista's rumors of leaving, and now Orton's injury, Raw isn't so stacked. Their only face is Cena right now.

I can easily see a two on one Edge and Sheamus vs. Cena and then HHH comes back and beats down Sheamus. That could easily be the match at Fatal Four Way.

However now I read there's qualifying matches for this shitty PPV.

SINCE WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO QUALIFY FOR A FATAL 4 WAY?!?!?

Since it became a damn PPV concept.

Anyways, considering Orton doesn't seem to be injured, this thread is basically pointless now
