Back when Evolution was on Raw, The Dr. of Thuganomics, Eddie Guerrerro, Rey Mysterio, Kurt Angle, and Brock Lesnar were on Smackdown.

Yeah, just the whole storyline with him bugged me. He made Brock look like a true beast a few times but I just wasn't a fan beyond that.

I'd class this as SD's prime :

The invasion storyline was generally average imo but it had glimpses of being great.

I didn't actively watch back then, (I was 6 or 7) but I'm confused. Why did they have all of their best players on SD back then? It didn't look like a training ground at all, it actually looked like it could have been better than Raw at the time. What gives?

There were the two shows but one roster. So guys appeared on Raw and SD basically.
