Raw is the flagship show that's why it's live and in a prime spot on Monday Nights. That named the games after Rock's catchphrases not the show Smackdown because he was a huge draw and it gained name recognition.

@[Jose Tortilla] and @[Randy Savage] take it to the pms or add each other to your ignore lists and move on. Don't do this is a thread.
I think the reason smackdown is a b-show is because u can never expect someone big to return to Smackdown (legends etc.) before they returns to raw and because it's taped and they edit reactions etc.
I will also say the storylines.. and because raw gets all the big superstars like Triple H, Undertaker, Punk, Cena...
I think if they made the Undertaker & Triple H storyline both on raw and smackdown and have sd live.. then maybe we could have some exciting stuff.. just my opinion ofc.

Smackdown is the B show as the world title never main events a ppv.During the great Christain vs Orton feud last year not once did it get what it deserves in a main event ppv status.Some of the A shows title matches during the same period were really poor.
It's the B-Show because their storylines suck ass. I only liked the Christian and Mark Henry storylines. Also a bit of Daniel Bryan storyline but mainly him winning MITB!!!

To be honest even if it did main event a PPV, would it even be considered as a threat to RAW? Without it being live it's never going to improve beyond a 2.5 rating.
