I think The Miz would have followed on his Reality career by becoming the host of a TV show or he would have married a Kardashian.

I guess being a wrestler is for the best then

Some guys you can make a legit guess for. Cena likely would have stuck with bodybuilding, Mark Henry would be doing strong man contests, Lesnar may have attempted football at an earlier age. Others it's much harder to guess due to their upbringing. The likes of Orton, Mysterio, Rock etc, were brought up around the business, it's hard to fathom what else they possibly could have done with their lives. Wrestling was pretty much an inevitability for those guys.

Cena would have carried on rapping and fought Kevin Federline for the title of worst rapper ever.

In all honesty, Cena's a winner (whether people like it or not) so I can imagine he'd succeed at pretty much anything he put his mind to. Alright, maybe not bio-chemical engineering, but really, was he going to be doing that in the first place? Anyhow, I agree with the point about those raised in the business, there really is no other choice for them even if its not always the right one. As long as no more of these dudes end up like the Von Erich's (minus Kevin), I guess that's alright.
