Have you told him?
If he knows and doesnt do anything then that's one thing.
Problem is that a lot of people dont actually realise given that they live with the smell and smell it all day it's just like normal to them.
I've told people they smelled like shit before and they thanked me.
That might be a job for your supervisor or HR though if you dont feel comfortable telling him.
I don’t have an issue approaching people in general, my problem is my delivery. I’m blunt so my response will be “fuck sakes, you smell like crusty ass body odour”, and it would just be rude as hell. I find it hard to believe a young guy like him doesn’t even have any friends or family that have mentioned his raunch before, that shit is deadly.....but maybe they all smell the same
I told the supervisor and he always feels awkward having to tell someone they smell and our HR lady is on maternity leave soon so she’s training a new girl and they aren’t always here as there are other facilities they cover, too.
We will see where this goes, he talks me to often, much to my disliking, so, I might just let the cat outta the bag and not care how rude it is cuz that smell is rude to my nose
