Probably in my Top 3 horror remakes honestly. It's pretty perfect. I do think this has a stronger opening scene than the original Ringu too. They're pretty similar in structure but this one just creeps me out more. I think it's the visuals.

WOW!!! Talk about a super deep dive... I had no idea things got this wild for Barney, the creator and staff. This is very disturbing but holds true to what's happening today in a lot of ways. A really good watch IMO.​
