I refuse to vote in this duel - because I don't know why Haza would ever make this move as mafia.
But I also strong believe Ingo is town.

off the top of my head, last ditch distance attempt + hope for an extra mislynch. pretty standard procedure if he is a scum duelist

I just don't see Ingo as mafia at all - I just think Blaine is a n00b who is a bit of a weak player. That with experience, he will improve.
