Arn has no doubt been a dark horse, advancing all the way here, one step from the finals. Such greats as Steamboat, Hogan, and Funk have all crashed and burned, yet Arn pushes through. BUT, with his former Four Horseman stablemate and best friend Ric Flair standing in his way, is this the end of the road for The Enforcer.

There's no shame in Arn losing to Ric here. While I love Arn, and feel he was an integral part of WCW's success over the years, the Nature Boy is probably the toughest out in this whole thing. For Flair's overall body of work and ability to make everyone around him look better, I'm voting for him here.

I feel that if Arn had won as many world titles (or any at all) he could be a threat, but since he had little impact on WCW (by himself) I must go with Ric.

I gotta go with Ric for the reasons you both have listed.

This. Had Arn achieved more as an individual, he'd stand a better chance but it's Flair all the way.
