The fact is, fans of the AE were imbred, cousin-loving, foul mouthed alcoholics who enjoyed low brow entertainment


Today, those same fans are either old or have kids now and are teaching them a shade of morality

Before you go casting aspersions quite so widely, you might want to make sure that you're not being insulting.

If your intention was not to insult, you should have been a bit more careful in the "insult net" you threw. Perhaps, that's why more than just one of us thought your comments were offensive.

I have no desire to engage in a flame war with you. There's no profit in it for either of us (although the fact you claim that and then throw a final insult is a bit of a head-scratcher, but I digress).
