To an extent, yes. There are alot of parts to society today where TV-14 is not only accepted but encouraged (see Shore, Jersey), but talking about death, injury, stuff like that the world doesn't fly nearly as well today as it used to. (see concussions in the NFL)
As a wrestling fan, Punk and Heyman mocking the heart attack was good heel tactics imo, and surely Lawler was okay with it (he okay'd Cole's comment about his mom), but the main issue I saw with it was some dick filming a dead Lawler on the stretcher. That's not risky television, that's just wrong.
