“Vincent J. McMahon created the WWE and set the foundation for it to become the global juggernaut it is today, however, It was you, the WWE Universe, that built this company brick by brick between its founding and January 27th, 2024.”

Maybe we'll finally get the timeline where Toots Mondt is credited for making WWE a big deal. :side:

Although I doubt WWE are never gonna mention him on tv again. He was involved in arguably the biggest storyline in WWE history (Austin vs McMahon) so it’d be pretty hard to erase that.

From Vice

McMahon’s personal assistants are also said in the suit to have been aware of the relationship, and so are people who were at WWE executive committee meetings, “which were attended by individuals who had either direct knowledge of McMahon’s sexual exploitation of Ms. Grant or were otherwise suspicious.” At one of these meetings, the suit says, WWE Corporate Officer No. 3 “motioned for Ms. Grant to sit in a chair near [them] at the Boardroom Table.”
TKO Group, the conglomerate of which WWE is a division, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on who would have been in such meetings, and the suit does not give dates for these meetings, but according to a 2020 SEC filing, the executive committee comprised McMahon, his daughter Stephanie McMahon, and his son-in-law Paul Levesque, while a 2021 one adds WWE president Nick Khan.
What the suit alleges, in other words, is not simply that McMahon and another executive exploited and assaulted a vulnerable employee with no family or work history, leaving her entirely dependent on McMahon, but that a broad stratum of the company’s upper management, possibly including family members, either turned a blind eye to this or actively aided it, making them complicit. This is why WWE itself has been sued—it is specifically accused of participating in McMahon’s trafficking venture in violation of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act—and why in a statement to the press, Grant’s lawyer, Ann Callis, described it as an “organization that facilitated or turned a blind eye to the abuse and then swept it under the rug.”

PWInsider: Backstage News On Internal Reaction To Vince McMahon Resigning From WWE And TKO

http://www.pwinsiderelite.com/
"Those within the company expected more fallout from the suit after Slim Jim paused their big-money sponsorship with the company Friday night ahead of the Royal Rumble due to the allegations. It's reported that McMahon's resignation happened faster than anyone within the company had expected, and that Endeavor may "sweep out anyone close to McMahon" to have a clean slate going forward. Employees who left WWE when McMahon stepped down and returned when he forced his way back in to the company could be on the chopping block if Endeavor looks to start over. PWI spoke to those who remained with the company post-merger, and their sources said anyone's connection to McMahon may be seen as a "major negative going forward."

Stone Cold rose to prominence by beating up his boss, and stomping a mud hole in his ass.”

Without actually showing it.

beat up his wife too
Yeah. True.

I just was making a parody of how they talk about WrestleMania 20 without talking about WrestleMania 20. Always mentioned in the HHH v HBK rivalry about how they was in a triple threat match, that neither man won :bosque without even showing anything from it lol

I wouldn't be celebrating the kids yet, they may still be swept up in this suit.
That's what I was talking about earlier... there are so many variables possible in this that it's simply not the time to hope and/or yell for specific people getting back into higher positions of the company.

And I do hope Hunter and Steph both are as innocent as possible, but I feel like it's almost impossible for either to have a 100% clean sheet here.
