Yes this is the same thing, she's now suing herself because Vince didn't honor the NDA. It's not new, we now have a name that has text message receipts though

One of Vince and TKOs big defenses last year was "no one has came forward and said it wasn't consentual" which obviously they couldn't bc of the NDAs but now one hasn't been honored so she has a case to get it thrown out entirely

The relevant bit about it is here, this woman is apparently the reason any of the other payments were ever uncovered and investigated, she just couldn't actually testify or say anything herself until now, or at least was waiting until she had some legal protections in order.
