I agree, but Vince isn’t stupid. He knew when he forced his way back onto the board with threats of not being able to renew TV deals that endeavor would immediately try to remove him so he made this part of the deal.

If the cops decided not to charge you no. If you got arrested and sent to prison, that would probably be a part of the incapacitation clause.
