Let’s break off all ties to Vince and move forward, imo.

I hope with this, it’s no possible way for him to weasel his way back in however

Let me remind everyone that Triple H, Nick Khan, and Stephanie McMahon all voted AGAINST him coming back on the WWE Board of Directors prior to selling, but they had to eat shit and be FORCED to support him because he would have killed the company and taken all of their livelihoods if they didn't and then they would've been fucking sued into oblivion.
Yes they did. Doesn't necessarily mean as much as one would think though.

I don't wanna swim too much against the current on this topic, so I apologize for that... Obviously, I'd be more than happy if this means what it looks like and that Steph and Hunter both are the good guys, so to speak, in this. I just think it's important to keep the eyes open for any possibilities, so to speak. Especially with a company structure and the history the WWE has.

Shouldn’t be unless they stupidly negotiated a fake exit.

Which honestly assuages my guilt a little bit because I was just starting to dip my toes back in to the WWE and wanted to be fully back with them by the royal rumble and now I can knowing that Vince has nothing to do with it and hopefully Brock Lesnar won’t be there so it should be a good time.

With Steph having left-twice-and hunter voluntarily wanting nothing to do with being on the Board with him, they have my benefit of the doubt FOR NOW. If something came out tomorrow about them, I'd immediately wish nothing but the worse upon them.

Tbh at his age I wouldn’t shocked if the stress takes him out for good
If we go by statistics now that he’s actually retired and he knows he’s retired. There’s a strong chance that he’s gonna die within the next year and a half because he’s so used to having to work every day that the free time is going to just be not enough to sustain him

Stress of this will eat him alive hopefully

Also a note: with only 11% ownership, no ties to the business, creative, his contractual qualifications for leaving having been met fairly, him being labeled a sever risk factor to the business, The Rock now being there and trying to fix his image, and the constant threat of their biggest sponsors *ever* not wanting to do business with them... he has almost no power to force his way back in. The only way it could happen would be for the CEO to bring him back in and for other shareholders to unanimously approve it.

The old man is done and that TMZ "Vince McMahon DEAD at 78" headline next week is going to hit like "Cult of Personality" to me.

^^ this pretty much. If he not starts working side-by-side with Trump on his Presidential campaign, then he's a goner sooner than later.

The Rumble will definitely be entertaining and better than last year's. No chance Hunter books two bad ones back to back.
