It’s WrestleMania Sunday and we’ve got exclusive breaking news coming out of New Orleans.

WWE authority figure Vickie Guerrero is leaving WWE. The widow of Eddie Guerrero is leaving on good terms and will be pursuing a career outside the industry.

Vickie Guerrero has been an on-air character with WWE since 2005, when she debuted in an angle with her late husband that involved Rey Mysterio and a secret involving his son Dominic.

Heard news similar to this not too long ago with her doing a course or something to the like but still surprised she would be leaving. Nice way to send her off with the name of that divas match then.

No one can deny that Vickie has come such a long way since entering the WWE. I think it's the right time for her to go thought since the WWE have stopped developing her character.

Vickie was such a great heel as GM, but she just hasn't done anything the last few years. Won't miss her too much.

One I'd the best authority figures WWE has had. Not bad for a person who showed no charisma during that first storyline she was involved in.

I'm sure we'll see her somewhere down the road. She became one of the best heel characters ever seen for a while. But much like Dale, I won't miss her.

Not surprising. She's been spending more time studying and really hadn't been on-screen to my knowledge before her announcement for the Divas title match for WM in a while.

But good luck to her.

I won't miss her much but she'll be remembered. WWE got all the mileage they could get out of Vickie's shtick and persona. Her routine got repetitive a while ago but she almost never failed to get heat, her catchphrase alone got under the audience's skin every time without fail. She did well, I just got tired of her. Not too bummed about this.

She's had a good run and for someone with no or little experience of the biz before becoming a full-time part of it she has been one of the most consistent heels in WWE for sometime. But it does feel time for her to take a break. Good luck to her.

Vickie Guerrero: "Hey everyone, I see rumors and comments about me leaving….IM STILL HERE!! When you hear it from me….that is when it's true!"

She could use a break to freshen up her character, I don't think anyone that gets her kind of heat should ever be gone for too long.
