- There was talk this week of making the Money in the Bank ladder match a fixture at the SummerSlam pay-per-view, to make the event feel more special each year. There were rumors that the match and the MITB pay-per-view would be moved to July but at this point that's not confirmed. The only thing confirmed is the July pay-per-view, whatever it may be, has been moved from Las Vegas to Phoenix.
I would most definitley be down for this because I much prefer MITB being at WrestleMania rather than a standalone PPV, so if it can't be had at Mania i'd be cool with it being at SummerSlam.

Well if it has to remain I don't mind it being apart of the SummerSlam card. It will add something special to the event even if I'd still hate it.

MITB at Summerslam would be a nice touch, I'm all for it.

I'd prefer that it's not it's own PPV. Having two of that match takes away having two of any of one match takes away from it.

I actually like the PPV. As gimmick PPVs go, it beats the hell out of HIAC and TLC because it actually serves a purpose. If they just changed the cash-in rules so the winner couldn't cash in anytime, I think it would be fine as a way to determine fresh #1 contenders.

Not much of a fan of the match having it's own pay-per-view. Definitely happy if they just have it at Summerslam.

I'm not big on the idea of gimmick PPVs but the past MITB PPVs have been really good. I'd rather the match take place at Wrestlemania but as long as the match takes place, I don't care which even it is held at.

I wonder what the perception for the MITB PPVs would be if Cena/Punk didn't happen last year. It's the best match in the entire two years of the PPV and it's not some sloppy ladder match. Go figure.

I like the idea of it being back on a PPV rather than having it's own standalone PPV. I didn't like the idea of two MITB matches simply because I prefer the intrigue of the winner possibly cashing it in on either champion. Nice idea to put it on the SummerSlam PPV rather than WM, WM is already a masssive show that will draw 1 millions buys whereas SummerSlam could use a bit of help and MITB would be a good draw for the PPV each year.

Summerslam has a history with great ladder matches, good idea IMO.

Here's a better idea, GET RID OF IT. Maybe then when you put the belt on somebody, they'll actually look like a fucking star for once.

Why get rid of it when it is one of the more popular gimmick matches in wrestling today? A majority of fans enjoy watching the match and even if some of the winners haven't become massive stars a majority of them have done well as champion.

CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, The Miz, Edge, and to an extent Kane had their careers pushed to the top thanks to this match. By far one of the coolest matches ever and it could make you a star if it's booked right and you continue to step up. Whoever dislikes the MITB match is clueless.
