If he’s still US Champion, then the title needs to be on the line because they are actually making those titles mean something again, which if so, he definitely needs to get the win over Cena. Sure he would be fine, but if you want to build new stars, him getting a win over one of the biggest wrestling stars ever would do wonders for him. Doesn’t even have to be clean.

Then if he’s champion then don’t do the match. The US and IC Titles need to be on the line at WrestleMania. Unless you have him work both nights, defend it one, and fight Cena at the other. Have him lose the US Title night 1, so night 2 he’s pissed and angry, maybe doing something to hold up the show. Cena comes out, they have a match, Austin wins.
