They're much more popular in the South but even here I'd say they don't get talked about a whole lot outside of "La Grange"

Lol my unpopular opinion is that I fucking hate Taylor Swift. The amount of awards and recognition this woman gets over more talented artists is disgusting. She has limited musical talent. Her singing voice just sounds like your average lounge singer and she talks her way through most of her songs. Her songs btw are literal trash. If I have to hear one more fucking break up song or you insulting your latest boyfriend I’m gonna kill myself. Her songs are the same repetitive crap sung with a monotone voice and a very basic musical composition. She has very little talent IMO. And the fact that she’s revered as one of the best musical talents of our generation makes me sick. I’m not saying she has zero talent but she’s just average or below average at everything especially when compared to some other artists out there. I simply don’t and will never understand her popularity but maybe I’m just being a dick?

I've been listening to Taylor a lot recently and I take back what I said about her music being boring, I like it now I still don't listen to her country albums though (the first two she released), only her later pop stuff. I'm still not a fan of her persona though, just her music.

I don't know if this is really unpopular but Harry Styles is pretty good. He's got a bad rep because of One Direction. Much better as a Solo act.

I forget Beyonce songs seconds after hearing them and just about every other woman in the pop music scene is hotter than her

She's not God, that title belongs to Mariah Carey

Not really a fan of Beyonce myself, but I'd say her songs are definitely catchy for me. At least in the past. I had Crazy in Love, If I Were a Boy and Halo stuck in my head for months just to name a few
