I can't stand Guns & Roses, Green Day, Kansas, The Eagles, or Bon Jovi. I legitimately hate their music and they annoy the fuck out of me whenever I hear them.

I don't know if I'll ever re-like Green Day's music. I used to like it and then I just started hating it the more and more I listened to it.

Green Day and especially Guns N Roses have some amazing songs however the radio stations are fixated on the wrong ones and play them to death.

Just about every genre of music has some bangers and the best of each genre is fire regardless of what it is, just boils down to personal preference at the end of the day. Certain genres get entirely too much hate from people that only hear the laziest radio songs, mostly country and rap in this case. There's great mainstream rap along with shitty mainstream rap, but most mainstream country is absolute trash, I'd argue maybe Chris Stapleton and Kacey Musgraves are the only ones able to stand out.

I think if most people flat out can't stand a genre, a lot of times they haven't listened to the best of that genre, only what's popular from it. But also if you tell them that, the best won't change their mind bc people get oddly defensive if you question their opinions even respectfully and really double down at that point bc they think if they change their mind then they're admitting they were "wrong" in some way.

Kanye West isn't that great.

The Beatles aren't really my thing, and I only truly enjoy a few of their songs, but I would never go out of my way to listen to them.

Alternative Rock is the best category of Rock to me.

Eminem hasn't really been good for a while. He occasionally drops a good song, but his early 2000's stuff like Stan and Lose Yourself is much better. I'm not really a fan of any of his later music, it almost seems like a parody sometimes.

Hold the Line is a better song than Africa by Toto.
Katy Perry has some catchy songs. I pretend not to enjoy it, but secretly I'm

Coldplay is great. I love their earlier music.

Most movie/game soundtracks are better than songs most artists put out. Composers deserve more credit. I love Thomas Newman for example.

Billie Eilish is decent at best. I don't get all the rave about her. She has a nice voice, but her songs aren't anything special.

I don't get the appeal of Taylor Swift. I've tried to listen to her stuff but it's just so boring lol. Her whole persona also puts me off, she acts all holier than thou and it's annoying

The UK makes better music than any country not named Japan.

Little Mix are the most talented girl group ever, even though my fave girl group ever is Girls Aloud.

Adam Lambert was an amazing addition to the Queen lineup, and I hate when people say he was trying to "replace" Freddy. No he wasn't, he was just adding his own flavour to Queen's songs. I've seen him live with them twice now and both shows were absolutely epic.
