I'd ban Spongebob for not being funny or interesting.

Other than that, Ukraine is a pretty gay country, so maybe "The Commision" waqnts to butch em all up.

The Ukraine lets their children who are still watching Telletubbies, watch South Park & Family Guy? I think I found the answer to thier problems.

Why not just buy your kid a My Buddy doll, and make them watch Chucky movies all day, I bet that has adverse effects as well.
