Dana would be an idiot to not make the Diaz/Condit II fight. Diaz/Koscheck would be a good fight stylistically and exciting for the fans... but what exactly would that prove if Diaz were to win? Plus what would Condit do? Who would he defend against between now and November? He IS going to have a title defense somewhere in there but if Diaz is busy with Koscheck then there isn't really anybody in Welterweight worthy of a shot.

Herman/Starks wasn't a bad fight, Starks' striking looked great but he was hopeless on the ground. Herman had a field day taking him down with the most simple of judo trips and tapped him seconds later to no resistance.

Renan Barao is definitely top ten P4P in my book, such a complete fighter and the way he handled a top guy like Jorgensen was very impressive. Just wish he could make 155 because its really hard to give a shit about the bantams and feathers.

Koscheck deserved to lose. He looked hopeless standing up, just as he did against GSP. I believe him when he said he had motivational issues, but resorting to eye poking was poor and we was fortunate to eek out a tight win.

Werdum's striking was fantastic. He'll be a top test for any heavyweight, but I'd love to see him vs Mir in a #1 contender fight next. Two legit BJJ guys with good versatile striking. Nelson is gatekeeper status now, easy to root for but a very poor fighter. Easy target practice for Werdum.

Werdum said he wanted to fight again this summer when they go back to Brazil so that might happen.

“It’s crazy, but…I was thinking about it after the fight,” said White in an interview with MMAJunkie. “People are bitching, and people think that was close…we could do that fight again before GSP comes back.”

However, White isn’t ready to force Condit into an immediate rematch with Diaz nor does he know if Diaz has any interest in continuing his MMA career based on his post-fight statements about retirement.

“It depends on Carlos, too. Carlos has got to say – and Nick’s got to say, ‘I want to fight him again,’ too,” White explained.

Changed a little bit from what he said last night.

Honestly, Carlos Condit should relinquish his title, and let Diaz fight GSP. 8D

Diaz looked like a kid who smashed his controller and screamed "You're cheating, I'm going home!" in his post fight comments. More spoiled brat then Stockton tough imo.

The UFC's second-ever "UFC Prelims" special on FX drew 1.4 million viewers.

MMAjunkie.com (UFC blog for UFC news, UFC rumors, fighter interviews and event previews/recaps | MMAjunkie.com) today learned of the numbers, which mark a sharp increase from the series' FX debut, from an industry source.

The latest special, the promotion's second since ending a long-running partnership with Spike TV, coincided with this past Saturday's UFC 143 event and featured four-preliminary card contests during the two-hour broadcast.

The viewership number failed to break the top-10 mark for "UFC Prelims" specials but was a significant improvement (59 percent) from the 880,000 viewers that watched January's UFC 142 special.

UFC 143 took place this past Saturday, Feb. 4, at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. In addition to the two-hour "UFC Prelims" special, the main card aired on pay-per-view, and two other prelim fights streamed on Facebook.

The FX special saw Dustin Poirier submit Max Holloway, Edwin Figueroa decision Alex Caceres, Matt Brown stop Chris Cope and Matt Riddle defeat Henry Martinez.

The UFC's next live event takes place Feb. 15 in Omaha, Neb. The night's main card airs on FUEL TV while prelims stream on Facebook.
