UFC 140: Jones vs. Machida

In a report coming out of sherdog.com, Jordan Breen, the host of “The Jordan Breen Radio Showâ€￾ is reporting on scene from Toronto that UFC 140 main event participant, Lyoto Machida is ill.

In fact, he is reporting that the former UFC light-heavyweight champion is very ill leading into his championship title to fight against Jon Jones.

No word on if this report is valid, we will try to reach out to Machida's camp as soon as possible to get to the bottom of this rumor and will update with what we find.

If true, the highly anticipated main event is going to be skewed with a possible less than 100% title challenger and no one wants that.

Here's what Breen had to say on the matter: "Word around the campfire here in Toronto is that Machida is battling pneumonia or some sort of flu. Pretty much been holed up in his room more so than usual. We'll see if that ultimately amounts to anything"

Okay just read up on this, that was a bs report. Machida's health is 100% going into the fight with Jones, not sick or anything. Just said to be training really intense.
