Twitter is going to be around for awhile considering it already has been around for awhile. A lot of people use twitter wrong. No one cares what your doing. I say be funny or post something interesting. Or network like what it's made for.

That's the reason twitter limit the tweet limit to 140 characters, it's something you can spam and it's mainly used to say what you're doing, etc.
