I expect them to do some solving at some point where they don't rely on their PR to fill out the post and if i don't see that you know where they'll end up?
There is much more text here than there is actual content. He's noted that OMB has been hiding behind PR and post padding so far which I can respect, but that doesn't really say anything for Haza's alignment, I can see town and scum motivation for pointing this out regardless of OMB's alignment (￢‿￢ )
So having read the OP im assuming every vote is a vote to lynch or a vote to rattle given that its a vanilla game so there are no roles to claim?
Prs might be non ai but we should we for everyone to come into the game at least before heaping votes on because peopels use of there PR may give us some hints as to who needs to be shitlisted

He is leaning on it a little which id expect a weaker player to do but I think a weaker player would lean on a PR as town to gain town reads too. The test will be seeing if he actually starts to do stuff alongside the PR which will be a tell for a few people here and might determine how much paper I need
