Tulisa at 1 is hilarious and Cheryl is a million times hotter than her. Don't mind Upton down at #23 as I think she's massively overrated, sure she's hot but she's a dime a dozen blonde model imo and I could pick out plenty on this list i'd take over her. Nikki Minaj shouldn't even make the top 888 let alone 88.

Tulisa does absolutely FUCK ALL for me.

In a world where Elizabeth Hurley hasn't aged a day in 15 years, Stacy Keibler hasn't aged a day in nearly 10 years (and is now a well-known rather than niche public figure) and Amanda Peet and Scarlett Johansson are still around, this award is nothing short of surprising. I guess FHM voters only vote for what is put in front of them on a daily basis...then again, what else would you expect from overgrown fratboys?

And Megan Fox was never my cup of tea, outside of that one scene in Transformers 1...
