That was one fucked up nose!

The guy who opened in the first fight was a beast, I think he'll do well tbh, that Chris Ring dude was pretty damn good too. Looks like we're in for a good season after seeing some of those fights, I'm suprised we didn't see Chuck and Tito argue or anything, so different to what we had last season with Rampage and Evans.

That sucks Clayton lost the first round. Well it was either that or get eliminated for being injured right? That is if he chose not to fight, he did his best.

The Ricky Ortiz lookin' ass looks like a total bitch this season.

^He does, but I think he could win it, I don't know. No one really stands out for me right now.

Did anyone realise they refuse to acknowledge that Jake Shields was the third coach?

When Liddell was introducing his assistant coaches I thought for sure they would say his name atleast just to say who the guy in the background is, but they didn't introduce any of Ortiz's coaches so not introducing Shields wasn't that big of a crime I guess.

He gets his own interview: "Hi, I am Jake Shields Strikeforce Middleweight Champion...on a UFC program...um yeah."

I thought it would make sense just to introduce him as the wrestling coach for Team Liddell, so if ever UFC brings him in, they have some of their footage they can use.

Dana White has a deep hatred for Strikeforce, I guess since he is associated with Strikeforce Dana White wants no part of him.

Since Dana is in the driver's seat, then why even okay him to be a coach?

^^^ Which is exactly the point. Why allow him to even be on in the first place. And Dana loves Shields. When talking about Strikeforce, he always mentions Shields as one of the guys he would want to sign. I bet you he's goin to be a matter of time after he lose his title to Hendo before he's in the UFC.

I read somewhere Shields' contract is almost up so I am expecting Dana to offer him a huge contract that he can't turn down. Having him on TUF might be a way of working Shields over early.

^^^ His contract will be up after his match with Hendo I think. Strikeforce wants to see if he's still their champion before offering a contract I think, but yes I think Dana will snap him up in an instant. Which makes the fact they refuse to acknowledge him even more weird.

Dude that sucks to have a broken jaw forcing you to leave the show. That is just bad luck.

Looks like next week is where Tito snaps. He pulls a Rampage and destroys the door lol

I don't think they should. Imo, that guy should have been DQed whether he hit or not. He threw that knee with the intention of hitting and it was the guy's head who moved away that prevented it.

I hate Yager but man can he fight

Tito's guy looked heavily gassed in the fight today. I am surprised how many of this season's fights go into the third round. I can't wait for Tito vs. Chuck Dodgeball.

I'm disappointed in Nick Ring. I thought he looked horrible. He has good hands and can take you down and probably submit you, but his defense in all aspects is lacking. My favourite to win now is Kyle Noke since I refuse to acknowledge the jackass also known as Jamie Yager.
