Rick Rude should win this IMO. Would love to see him in the final with Benoit.

Rude and Benoit are in the same quadrant so that can't be the final. I think Luger is a darkhorse here. He wasn't a great worker, far from it, but was a great US champ. Should be interesting not as clear cut as the IC title.

Didn't see that sorry! Luger did have some good reigns to be fair, and at the time nicely fitted the mold of what a U.S. Champion should be at least as a babyface. Problem is maybe he held it too many times in quick suscession.

Just thinking that the next tournament Scott should be for the NWA Title, really that title has more history than any other, and even though it dates back a long time, there are still plenty of names who have held it who people here would know well.

The best way to do it is to have some of the older champions, then many of the greats from the 70's/80's a few from the 90's like Muta and Rude for example and then some from the period where the belt was defended in conection with TNA, as well as maybe a couple of the indie champions like Carino for example.

Yeah NWA title would be a bit tougher because It wouldn't be everyone that held it or the last 64 champs but I could probably get at least 32 really good champs in there. I will consider that. Was thinking of doing the last 64 World Tag Champs in WWE now that the belt is technically retired. That would have started with the Headbangers and ended with the Hart Dynasty so people would know the teams better.

Tag Team would be good too, although it would nice for it to take in the glory years of the 80's and early 90's, just don't think there have been enough good teams since 97, but it should be good still, and I would pick Edge and Christian to win, and that is who should win.

Edge and Christian would be the favorites for sure. I just like that idea because we have a lot of newer fans on here. I could do one with that winner going backwards after as well to include the 80's and 90's. There are a lot of options and I plan on doing these tourney's for as while as long as I continue to have Troy's approval.

I would really like to see a Tag Team Tournament next as well. Would be good seeing who makes it out of all the great tag teams that have held the belts in WWE before.
