I voted Del Rio. He just sucks all the excitement out of everything for me. I don't know how he has like 5 world title reigns, a Money in the Bank win, a Rumble win, and he's always in the Main event. He's boring, his feuds drag on, and here recently, his ring work has been boring me as well. Its like Orton. He is constantly pushed, but he's just a bore. But I will give Orton credit with the fact that his ring work can be amazing, and most feuds he is in turn out great. I can't say that for Del Rio. He's just overrated.

Obviously he is pretty highly rated in the WWE's eyes because they've thrown pretty much every accolade his way. And a lot of people here give him a lot of rating, go look at the most Underrated Thread and you'll see a lot of people giving him praise and saying he is underrated. He is rated by a lot more than you think.

Rated yes, but not highly rated. I guess I can't complain too much, was seriously expecting some people to nominate Great Khali or some shit for this one.

Really confused who the hell is voting for him. Not one rates him and with how many PPV matches he has lost since HIAC last year it's clear that the WWE don't really rate him either :

Ambrose was apart of what how many **** matches with the Shield? Yeah, that's overrated. Goin' with Ryback because he should be back on NXT workin' on his skills and puttin' over people half his size daily.

To be fair though at the end of most of the shield matches how many people were talking about Ambrose as an individual performer? He was supposed to be easily the best guy out of the 3 (If you believe the hype) and yet both Rollins and Reigns have looked much better than him as a whole. So to an extent he has been overrated.

Again Ryback is pretty much jobbing out to everyone anyway so calling him overrated seems strange as fuck

Toss up between Punk and Ambrose. Despite the IWCs love for both Punk doesn't shit gold and Ambrose who is supposedly this gawd of wrestling gets outshined by Reigns and Rollins every single week.

Ryback is barely rated by WWE or the fans. No ones claiming he's the GOAT and WWE just job him out so he cant be overrated. To be overrated you first have to have alot of people rating you highly.
