Completely disagree; without Suarez we'd be fighting a relegation battle. Ever since Rodgers had his "talk" with Suarez he has been good but action like this is not players of LFC conduct themselves and he will have to face the consequences.
Yeah, this "talk" stopped him from having a massive controversy based around him for a total of what, 8 months?

Yes without Suarez you would be doing pretty bad, but you can get a lot for him if you sell and replace him. This does so much damage to your club.

But like you said in that other thread, how many players are capable of replacing him. We made a list of 10 or so strikers, of which a good portion have no chance of leaving their club. We don't have time to get a young prospect who we can develop; we need a leader who can score goals now and not in the future.

You can buy a young prospect like Muriel, or Rodrigo, or other young strikers, and back him up with other talent. Liverpool should stop being such a one man team. First it was Torres, and then it was Suarez. You have no other world class players around him. 3-4 players who are potentially world class > one Suarez.

The most popular theory as to why Suarez is doing all this controversial stuff is that he wants out of Liverpool. That's interesting.

I hate to agree but I have to. We need a young, world class midfielder to eventually replace Gerrard (Eriksen, fingers crossed), a deep lying playmaker who can also get back and defend (Alonso?), and a young, quick, and strong centre back who can defend set pieces, especially corners. Probably Dede or Ogbonna. And of course a good prospect at striker. I don't see Sturridge working out in the long run.

I am not against selling Suarez, but I am if nothing good comes of it. We have to spend our money wisely this off season if we want to attract the big name prospects.

You can flip the theory and say that he is doing all these things because he wants to destroy his transfer value and stay at Liverpool. You should see all the things people have been saying they have been going nuts.

Lol he wouldn't want to destroy his transfer value, that's ludicrous. I don't believe he is doing it to get out of the club either though. I just think he's a rat, and is a lost cause.

The PFA offered him anger management courses, lol.

I thought it was a good match even though I missed all of action in the last 20 minutes or so. It was 1-0 City and I figured they were on their way to winning so I decided to turn on my Xbox to start playing and when I turned it back the score was 3-1 Tottenham. Let's just say I was incredibly confused.

I only had it on as background noise. I would have done the same thing. AVB's changes were fantastic though.
