It was baffling. That's a word that gets used a lot. Like paying as much money for Hazard as United/City/Chelsea (who did) were willing to, but you can sort of understand that with his talent/reputation. But Carroll, Henderson, and Downing? So much money on three players who were so unproven/poor (sorry Cole, I really am). It was genuinely BAFFLING.

And yeah, the only highlights for me so far has been watching Suarez fall over a lot.

Up here in the NE we have a lot of practice raping things.

I know though, Rafa pulled them down but then Dalgish came in and took a big steaming dump right on the badge. Manager after manager that has come in has done more and more things wrong, they're almost broken beyond repair now, they are lucky that they have big history as otherwise no manager would really see that job as any different to the West Brom job. I don't understand how £35 million for Carroll, £20 million for Henderson and £15 million for Downing I believe can be justified by anyone, and why did the owner give him the go ahead? It just blew everything they had left from the ridiculous Torres deal, which in theory should have been a saving grace to start fighting for that top 4 place again.

Yeah he is but he played Graham more as someone who held the ball up on the floor before playing it wide if I remember correctly, they weren't Barcalike they are now more Spurs with Adebyor up front if that makes sense.
