Well shit AEW to me has been hitting all the marks since it came into the Industry and TK's comments is the first time to me that made me go yeah huge freaking mistake. Even if Swole wasn't good enough you shouldn't be talking about that over your Social Media and that in itself is fucking wrong. You can have all the education you want and have all the money you want and still say stupid crap like that dude beat your feet elsewhere TK.

That part is a dick move. I'll say that there can be an argument that diversity should improve, and addressing those comments in a classy way could have been understandable. The potshot on her ability was just rude.

He should have phrased it differently but she literally claimed she left because of poor representation and the onus being placed on the wrestlers to come up with ideas... He's just saying nah nah nah I let your deal expire because you weren't cutting the mustard.

What I can say at least in my current state is that it probably best to be able to cooperate between creative and the wrestlers. If you have ideas, pitch them and be heard. If you are stuck on ideas, the environment should be healthy enough that you feel comfortable to talk with creative and other wrestlers to create ideas.
