My guess is more than trying to protect Joe with his loss. I think they wanted Alexander to get the heat of the turn and eliminating him not just after he beat Moose but so quickly after he beat moose. I think this was mostly done to get the rub on Alexander and my guess is that’s gonna be the next big program.
