Back in the day I do remember people like Petty, Dakstang and KIF who were pretty damn toxic but seemed to get away with it

They're gone now tho

For the record, I don’t think social media should go anywhere. I think it’s better to give the vast population somewhere to post because forums were always niche even when they were vastly more popular than they are today. I want to let the general population who enjoy social media enjoy it. I’m just hoping to preserve forums today and tomorrow so they don’t completely die.

There’s a difference between being people that aren’t generally very good people and actually breaking a rule but if you are generally a toxic person eventually everybody gets got.

Petty for the record was banned like eight times but I don’t really want to get into the specifics lol

(this is a thread about the TNA rebrand btw, how far away have we gone from that at this point)
We were talking about TNA only like 10 posts ago. It hasn’t gone that far yet.

Since 8 pages ago we were on good and bad belt designs -> Tessa Blanchard -> the capacity of people to really change -> Reddit -> the overgrowth of social media vs. forums

This is why you include the capacity to ban people who aren't breaking the rules but just are making the forum a worse place with their attitude

I think I’m definitely a pretty fair mod. I’ve even gotten onto people who I’m pretty good friends with once I feel they get out of line. I’m not sure how others see me.

The Tessa started because you didn’t want her in TNA.

I count it. :ortonout

Nah, that’s too arbitrary for me. That’s what can lead to people eventually making those cool kid clubs Kenoh was talking about. The ignore feature is honestly a wonderful tool to make people you don’t vibe with disappear.

The real issue is that TNA's locker room is known for its harmony

It's also a big part of why I didn't want Punk in either
This brings up full circle because I don’t believe Tessa has a single problem in the locker room of Impact. In WOW she did, supposedly, but she was loved in Impact. Like I mentioned earlier Scott reared up in the behind the scene of her winning the world title.

I feel if she mended fences with Scott and the locker room, it would be fine most likely. I get the Punk one.

Punk I can understand, he’s more recent with issues and stuff
