That was just Hogan demanding the title and Nash wanting to be on top, and the solution they came up with burying the entire rest of the companySeriously though. What were WCW brass thinking when Nash/Goldberg had a top three pay-per-view buy of all time the crowd actually cheered when Nash beat Goldberg. When Nash got to the Georgia dome the Georgia dome sold out they were all eaten him up as champion. They wanted to see him wrestle as the champion and they would pay money to see him wrestle and then they fucking turn him heel. A turn that only last two months anyway. Why would you kill your second most over babyface in the company?
Just stupidity on their part not thinking about business. The funny thing is Nash was the most or second over baby maybe even the most over babe in the company at that point and Hogan was still their top Heel and they never even did a singles match when they split the NWO in the first place. Do they not think that maybe that match would draw money? If they did Nash and hogan for the belt a bash of the beach 99 and not done the finger poke, that would’ve drawn a huge number. That was just Hogan demanding the title and Nash wanting to be on top, and the solution they came up with burying the entire rest of the company
Careful not to fly too close to the sun - going live regularly is what fucked TNA up back in 2013 and caused the collapse that it's only starting to recover fromI’m hoping one of Scott’s goals after upping production, and getting in larger venues is to eventually get impact back to being live. There’s just nothing else that can quite match the energy when you know the production is live.
It is and it isn’t. The problem was they went live the same time they cut their primary revenue source which was pay-per-view. Which I still don’t understand how you shoot yourself in the face that hard.Careful not to fly too close to the sun - going live regularly is what fucked TNA up back in 2013 and caused the collapse that it's only starting to recover from
That isn't any different from 2012-13 tbh, I had to REALLY look to get TNA spoilers back thenI will say one thing about TNA, though with them not being live is that I don’t have to worry, as much as when bigger promotions use to tape as I rarely see an impact taping spoiler anywhere on my timelines so at least I won’t have to worry about that.
So it looks as though this actually is the official logo, since I saw it being used on Impact's website advertising Final Resolution, Hard To Kill and the first tapings of TNA Impact Wrestling coming up after the PPV.View attachment 75778
I don’t know how legit this logo is, but I’ve seen it pop up a couple times. If it’s the actual logo, it means we’re going all the way back, boys and girls.
