THIS THURSDAY, DON'T MISS THE FINAL MOMENTS OF IMPACT FOR THE MOST SHOCKING SURPRISE OF THE YEAR - GUARANTEED!!!

TNA must be desperate to get some people watching after WWE has had a lot of surprises so far this year. Diesel returned at the RR as did Booker T who became a Tough Enough trainer and announcer. Stone Cold is back as Tough Enough host. Trish is back as Tough Enough trainer. Then the biggest one of all was The Rock coming back to WWE as the host of Wrestlemania. Plus on RAW this week Undertaker and Triple H returned.

So WWE have come out with a lot of surprises so far this year and TNA are saying they can top all of these.

TNA are building this up like it is a huge thing and so they need to deliver unlike some times in the past.

What can TNA deliver that would top The Rock returning to WWE?

Will it be a wrestler debuting/returning? Will it be something to do with Impact (will they go on the road)?

What do you think the surprise is?

It's not going to be a wrestler joining or returning, there's just no free superstar that can live up to the hype. Possibly Sting, there's the only possibilty. I hope it's an announcement of a UK PPV or something, gotta be something different because TNA have the talent right now they just need to execute things better.

I just think that it will be the return of Sting for the 100th time, if he showed up in the WWE then it would be exciting because it's something different, but if he turns up in TNA again it won't really matter because he's returned there so many times just to do the same old stuff and take a lot of time up. I do like him don't get me wrong, but I just don't think that TNA uses their older guys right at all. The WWE always seem to have a good thing going with the older guys. I'm not a WWE fanboy or anything and a TNA hater, but it is just getting annoying now us being promised all of these "huge" announcements or whatever and they are always disappointing. Look at The Rock being announced as guest host for WrestleMania now that was a surprise that people cared about. If not Sting then Hulk Hogan that's all I can think of. Chris Jericho or Batista or something would be a shock, but that's never going to happen.

Okay after sifting through some Impact reports I finally figured out what this is. It was a promo where TNA completely plagarised WWE, a guy in a trenchcoat stood in the rain in the dark and the video showed 3-3-11. Obviously it is Sting but what a let down. The surprise was that TNA can't think of any original ideas would be funny if WWE sued them for copyright.

That's what TNA does; live in WWE's shadow. They talk about them in their main event feud promos (see Kennedy vs. Hardy), copy them, and base a lot of decisions on WWE's actions.

Small time.

It is sad that they keep mentioning WWE and try to shadow them. Like Jericho has said before, anyone in TNA that mentions WWE should be fired, if they work for TNA they should believe that TNA is the best wrestling promotion out there.

I think The Rock is slightly better surprise than this, as is Triple H returning with no previous indication that he would be back.

TNA is nothing more than a minor league wrestling federation. They will never be at the level of WWE, WCW, ROH, ECW, or any other federation.

Harsh saying TNA is worse than WCW... Very Harsh.

Ring of Honor is the only fed that delivers properly good feuds and storylines, TNA has lost all it's edge these days and WWE delivers the goods on a so-so basis unfortunately.

TNA seriously needs to stop trying with these crazy ideas. Sting is a big name but really he is not going to get millions and millions of fans too watch TNA this week. Seriously that is why it is terrible to see what TNA is doing. I wish they wen back to being the alternative.

WCW even in its dying days...didn't completely rip off WWE's stories. WCW killed themselves with backstage politics from Russo, Nash, and Hogan. Hence, 2 of the 3 are in TNA right now.

TNA's only bloodline is WWE rejects. They can't even build up their own guys anymore. AJ Styles was the last homegrown TNA guy to win the World Title and that was in late 2009. Before that? Samoa Joe early 2008.

What was the one thing that built TNA to a big name? The X-Division!!! Which they are making a joke of.

TNA kills themselves with horrible storylines that repeat themselves everytime. (ie. "They"). Stupid characters (Jersey Shore, Orlando Jordan, and Eric Young).
