If they are burned, call the store. 9/10 it's because they are being lazy fucks and putting them in the wrong place. They come straight from the bag, if they're burnt it's because they're holding them in the wrong place and the store manager needs to know about this. If she does know and allows it, then call the RGM. That's against food safety.
