Iv'e got gay friends who have laughed at much worse than that.

I have gay friends that would agree. I've also got other gay friends that would be pissed off about it. Don't make excuses own that you don't give a fuck. I don't if it's funny it's funny and I throw it out there. I rate that joke a :bret:

To each their own.

No excuses being made either.

Yeah, I've found that if you're racist to all races instead of trying your best to make sure everthing's PC, you're liked more.

But back on topic (lol these poster threads get the most activity on the site), I think the poster would have looked cooler if instead of half roses, they had it all weapons but made them red and in the shape of a bouquet, would have looked better than half and half.

I always find it funny when people with graphics in their sigs talk shit about WWE's or TNA's gfx dept. They got alot of shit to do, with little time to do it. They don't get hours to make a poster, they have a bunch of shit to get through.

Posters don't mean shit to me, this isn't the 80s where some dude made fucking amazing works of art for Star Wars posters. It's 'rasslin in the 21st century, TV is promotion, not a poster.

Thing is its their job, they're getting paid to make them. They should be at least half decent.

But you say that like it's their only job. No one besides guys on forums ever notice these posters and somehow we have 4 pages of discussion about them. These guys do a million other things than make posters that no one cares about so I couldn't care less if they look bad, just like they don't.

If their mindset is to half ass on posters and that not many people will care about them then why make them in that case? Not that I think WWE makes shitty posters I'm more so just responding to the they do a lot of things other than posters so it is fine for the posters to be half assed thing. Pretty sure they got more than one guy who works in the graphic department anyways so I doubt the same guy who does the posters does everything else on his own too.

As for this poster not really a fan of it since the whole rose thing throws me off. Could be something clever for all I know.

Advertising is about getting an idea across to the viewer, not to be impressive necessarily. WWE's posters the last couple of years usually have been concept heavy (Del Rio MITB poster) and actually more creative than the traditional "Put the champ on the cover with a burning city behind him" look.

Has it gotten to the point that we all completely forgot TLC means "tender loving care"? That's what the poster said to me immediately.
