I guess I missed this when originally watching. Disrespectful and sad that some people still have to act like this. But luckily it wasn't worse, and things like this unfortunately are inevitable when trying to create change. Hopefully the positive impact is greater in the long run than the negative short term

If we all grew up in nazi Germany, we would believe Hitler was right.

If an entertainment company puts on a show showing the Jews in a normal, positive light, would it plant a seed that we're all human beings at the end of the day?

A young girl (or even a boy that would wield more power in SA society) seeing two women in (to them, obviously not to us) relatively revealing clothing perform moves that only an elite group of people can perform in front of a big crowd on the Grandest Stage of Them All (sorry WrestleMania lol), and taking that as inspiration for believing that women should be treated equally (or at least more equally than they currently are in their world) can only be a good thing.

So I don't care about the propaganda or the sAuDi bLoOd mOnEy, or the fact that we have seen this pairing before, or even the fact that this was an average match on a PPV stage.

Meaningful change takes time, you can't achieve massive amounts of progress over night. People's unwillingness (or just ineptitude) to seeing what positives can come out of the "Saudi deal" really irks me.

Do I think the deal should have happened? No. Do I think either side should break the contract, or at least act in bad faith to get out of the contract then? Also no

Wow I went on a (still related) tangent there. But it is probably necessary context for how I feel about this match.
