This Ronda Rousey stuff...

Whilst all this talk of Ronda doing something at WM next year is cool, am I the only one a little disheartened that all the talk is about Steph as a possible opponent?

I understand that they need a big opponent for her, but surely there should be an active Diva we can get behind for the next year and get excited about at least the possibly of a big time female match up? Paige has got a great built in fanbase, how about her bossing the Divas division for the next 12 months, then throw down Paige/Rousey instead? How much more awesome & inspiring would that be for women's wrestling as a whole, rather than the sports-entertainment shizz we'd get with any of the Rousey/Steph combos?

I'm exactly the opposite. I only want to see Rousey vs McMahon. Stephanie is a good, strong villain and would bring more fan interest than someone like Charlotte or Paige. Plus, it would be great to see Ronda kick Stephanie's butt.

People forget Stephanie performed pretty well in a program with Brie Bella, remember Stephanie destroying the Bellas on Raw using her inner burial abilities like her husband. The storyline is already there for them to work, and iffff Ronda does wrestle she'll win the Divas title in no time over anyone on the roster.

There's not one WWE diva I can think of apart from Steph that has the credibility other then Steph to make a good program for her. And if WWE really wanted to do it right, they'd make Ronda the bad girl.

As far as getting in the WWE ring and wrestling? I don't think uncle Dana will let that happen.
