Bringing back Taz to win that ECW title just showed how thin that roster was in 2000. Also wouldn't have happened if Mike Awesome wasn't owed 250 thousand dollars and WCW paid him that for signing. Always bothered me how that was spun so bad it made Awesome look like a sell out, like getting a better job is somehow "selling out".

On the Awesome thing, wouldn't call the guy a sell out, but not sure he was any better off going to WCW at the time maybe apart from the money aspect.

Didn't know Lita was pushing 40! Gives the rest of us 30 somethings hope:cena4:

I'm assuming that was during the 24/7 rule for the Hardcore belt. Or was it always 24/7?

It was 24/7 from the late '90s or early '00s until mid 2002 right before it was retired.
